Error When Uploading CSV

If you receive the error message, "Invalid line break. Please use unix \n or win \r\n line breaks.", you may need to update your save-as settings.



If you're using common software such as Microsoft Excel, you can change these settings by selecting "save as" from the File menu and selecting "Windows Comma Separated (.csv)" from the format option located in the lower portion of the popup screen. This option will change the file type to one that is more compatible with our import tool. Once you've completed these steps, save your file with a new name and try importing the newly created CSV.
